In short: When quitting does not work, it is rarely a matter of too little willpower. The cigarette does a job – it stands for a pause, for comfort, for a reward or for distance. As long as that job is not done in another way, the reach for the cigarette comes back.
Please note: the video is spoken in German.
You have tried to stop several times, and at some point you reach for a cigarette again? Smoking is an addiction – and behind it there are often deeper reasons that you may not yet admit to yourself.
In this video I explain:
- why the cigarette only seems to give you calm
- what really lies behind the reach for a cigarette
- how life coaching with hypnosis gets to the actual cause – and not just to the surface
If you are ready to become smoke-free for good, take your time and watch the video.
Two questions I am asked again and again
Why does it all collapse again after a few smoke-free weeks?
Because in the first weeks the good intention usually carries you. Then comes a day with conflict, pressure or boredom, the old pattern speaks up and reaches for exactly the solution it knows. What decides the outcome is therefore not the start, but what takes the place of the cigarette.
Do I really have to want to stop, or is it enough that I know I should?
Your own wish makes the difference. Anyone who stops only for the doctor, the partner or the price is working against themselves. Hypnosis cannot force on you what you inwardly reject. What it can do is help you feel your own reasons clearly again.
Where to go from here
How a session to stop smoking with hypnosis in Aachen actually works, how long it takes and what it costs is described in full on that page. If you would rather not travel, there is also online coaching, and for companies and groups I offer stop-smoking seminars.
Leave me a comment or send me a personal message if you would like to know more – I would love to hear from you.
Hypnosis coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, but it can accompany many people effectively on their way.
